Who we are

This site belongs to zzamify, the work of Azzam, a filmmaker and photographer in Saudi Arabia. Projects are quoted, contracted and invoiced by Xplorers Creative, Azzam's production company. For anything about your data, send a message on Instagram (@zzamify).

What we collect

The site has no forms, no sign-up and no analytics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of the visit) for a short period to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. They are not used to identify you.

When you book a call

The booking page is run by Google Calendar. To book, you give Google your name and email, and anything you add to the booking. We use these only to hold the call and to prepare for it.

When you message us

If you contact us on Instagram, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, that platform handles the message under its own privacy policy. We use what you send only to answer you and to plan your project.

Who we share it with

If you go ahead with a project, your name, contact details and project details go to Xplorers Creative, which prepares the quote, signs the contract and sends the invoice. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. Google's booking page, when you open it, has its own cookies under Google's policy. If this site ever adds cookies, this section will list each one, and non-essential cookies will need your consent first.

Transfers outside the Kingdom

Vercel, Google and the messaging platforms above may store data outside Saudi Arabia. Only the server logs, your booking and the messages you choose to send are involved.

How long we keep it

Bookings and messages about a project are kept for as long as the project runs and up to two years after, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it or have it deleted. Send the request on Instagram and we answer within 30 days.

Changes and language

When this policy changes, the version and date above change with it. This policy is in English and Arabic; if they differ, the Arabic version prevails.
